As stated previously the rings were shipped to you USPS tracking # [redacted] When I checked the status of the package it had been picked up at the Tucson Post Office at 9:12am on 8/6/ As I stated before, we warranty our jewelry for missing accent stones up to year from purchaseYour ring had been damaged beyond the warranty The charge you incurred was for rebuilding your ring which you agreed to

I am rejecting this response because:
It's being stated that I damaged the ring when in fact it was how the ring was sodered when he added the wedding ring he had cut of two support joints and was welded off center that caused the ring to bend after light wear I work in a dr office not in a high labor or taxing situationI'm also more upset that when told about re casting a ring I was not given options and pricing my biggest issue is that cost was never discussed until and a half months later and was also not even the style of ring I had agreed too I have included a screenshot of the style I agreed to and what was ultimately done as well as being told AFTER THE FACT WHAT THE COST WAS

to see it. When we buy a car we don't expect the dealership to repair damages incurred after the purchase for free. [redacted] asked if she should buy an additional ring for support of her ring & Guy suggested that the ring be built heavier to withstand her wear of the ring. She agreed so we rebuilt the ring & informed her of the charges that were incurred. She paid by a charge card & the ring was sent to her August 4th. USPS tracking #[redacted].  We like to take care of our customers but as a business we can't do everything for free.

Your ring had been damaged beyond the warranty.  The charge you incurred was for rebuilding your ring which you agreed to.
