When I buy something I want itI don't expect to wait months, especially when we are paying interest on money they have in their account drawing interest! The house was originally quoted to have the entire substrate replaced, however during the installation it was determined by the crew that new decking was not needed This update to the original contract was not communicated back to the administrative assistant and thus not updated We have updated our system and processed a refund for the decking not used during the installation.We did go back out and update our pipe installation to bring the project up to code The original contract indicated we were to demo the chimney and pipe out per the customer, so no further communication was needed since the decision was already made.We reviewed all of the the concerns by the homeowner and per our guarantees have completed or updated our work to make sure our customer is happy

Ms*** and her husband purchased a roof and signed a contract for an agreed upon priceFurther, before signature of the agreement we informed Ms*** and her husband of our installation schedule and we wouldn't be able to install the product until the end of December or beginning of
JanuaryAs a courtesy we put a temporary tarp over the leak on the existing roof to stop the leak until we could install the roofMs*** then called us a week before the roof was to be installed (We were ahead of the original schedule we gave her) and decided to break the contract she signed with usShe cited many personal reasons for the cancelation, however the schedule of the install was not the primary reason through her own admittanceWe even offered to try and move the installation up a week or move her to a product with a lower price point and were declinedThe 10% cancelation fee is to cover our costs in raw material (already ordered), time and lost opportunity for the salesman to come out as well as administrative costsThe $cost for the tarp is included to recoup costs of 3+ hours of driving and labor as well as the cost for the tarp itself

We have refunded the full amount of the down payment
