The yelling by Ms *** started again on May 31, when she contacted our alignment tech TonyTony informed Ms *** that we would have to check out her van again on our alignment rack and see what was going onMs *** then spoke to Ben, one of our salespeople, on the phone and said her two tires were worn out and that" someone was going to pay for them!" Ben told Ms *** to stop by on Friday June 2, so he could look at the tiresMs *** did not like what Ben had to say so she asked for his managerBrian took over at that pointMs *** stated that our alignment did not hold and she wanted it rechecked NOW! Brian explained that our alignment rack was booked today and that Monday June 5, was our earliest appointmentBrian was trying to set up a complimentary alignment check for Monday and Ms *** became irateShe stated that she did not trust usBrian also tried to explain to Ms *** that based on our experience with Toyota *** vans, they tend to be a little harder on tires than other modelsMs *** asked him to "put that in writing." As the "elevated conversation" or yelling by Ms *** continued, I told Ms *** that she was done chewing on every one of my employees and asked her to please leave at that point. In an effort of goodwill, T&T Tire of Windsor Inc will special order and install at no charge two new 235/60R *** LTX Premier tiresIf Ms *** has already replaced the two tires, T&T Tire of Windsor Inc will send a ***mbursement check to the Revdex.com to be delivered to Ms *** for the two tires only in the amount of $All taxes and fees owed to the Town of Windsor and the *** of Colorado were already paid in 2016.
