We are uncertain as to how to respond to Mr***s response He was complaining about engine issues in his second complaint The work we performed on his volt pump in the coach part of his motor home has absolutely nothing to do with the engine, for they are two separate systems We know he is upset because we would not wire his hot water heater to electric using his inadequate extension cord By Ky code his motor home is not able to be wired the way he wanted He was not billed for the electrical portion of that, only for installing the gas side After he accused us of sabotaging his unit we do agree our employees were not willing to help him anymore We truly do not see a resolution for this Thank you so much for your help

Please allow us to clarify Mr ***'s statement that he firmly believes we switched his new, never used hot water heater for a random one we had sitting on our shelf. Mr *** brought his unit to us to work on AFTER somebody else had already tried to install it and in the process busted his tank. We called him and advised him as to the situation and he told us to go ahead and replace. The part number on our work does not match what he purchased is indeed a correct statement. We did not have a GCH6A-E so we installed the more expensive one at the cheaper price. We verified that the unit we had can be installed provided we did not hook up the electric. If you look at Mr ***'s ebay receipt and our receipt he paid more money for his ebay water heater than we did our factory oneWe understand that the only resolution Mr *** feels is a complete refund, however we feel VERY strongly we did nothing wrong and this simply is not an option for us

I never seen DD invoice # *** until todayI paid $+ $shipping for atwood factory manufactured hot water heaterI also purchased a micro switch and told *** that the new switch in cup holder on kitchen tableNo one told me about changing Hot Water Heater to difference model

I will fax over both work orders.  The first one is where we did the majority of the work.  The second one is where we had to replace the 12volt switch on his pump. Which had nothing to do with the installation of the water heater.  As you can see he raised such a fuss with us that we voided the bill and ate the second charges.  It is indeed the National Electric Code .  There is indeed a one year warranty on the hot water heater thru the manufacturer.   As you can also see on work order [redacted] we did a State Fire Marshall Inspection so he could get it titled in the state of Ky.  To wire his unit the way he wanted us to he would have failed, therefore not been able to title his motorhome . You can call the fire marshall office in Frankfort to verify if need be.

As stated in our last statement, we feel we have done nothing wrong and a refund is not an option for us.  Thank you
