Revdex.com:At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding The Optical Center of Bay Ridge has been resolvedSome one called from a private phone number saying they were from the Optical center of Bay RidgeThey said the glasses were readyAfter weeks of waiting I said I did not want them and I had put my charge in dispute with my credit card companyShe said she was sorry to lose my business but that they had trouble with their staff at the storeThat was why it took so longMy credit card company has not recharged my accountNo glasses and no recharge on my *** As far as I am concerned the matter is closed (By clicking "OK", your complaint will be closed as Resolved.) We at optical center of bay ridge have satisfied the above complaint by giving a patient an upgraded thin lenses and shipped the glasses The patient is very happy. For any questions or concerns please contact us at above email or ***

After complaining and putting in this complaint to the Revdex.com about my original complaint I received a call from the store telling me that my glasses were in and ready to be picked upwhen I said that I did not order them and I didn't want them they told me they were going to put in through my insurance anywayThat's when I received a call from their regional manager SophiaAfter going through the events with her she said that she would mail my records to me and send me the glasses since they were free. When I said that I didn't want them and that I didn't even know what he ordered she stated that whatever was covered was order which were the coke bottle thick lens which I said there was no way that I wanted themI wanted my records, prescription and to be done with them. that is when she offered to put thinner lens in for meThey mailed the prescription and the glasses but not my records.Which I appreciatedBut that does not mean I am satisficed with this business and their waysShe even admitted that they have received a lot of complaints with the way the customers are treated and if you go on their sites there are terrible reviews about themThe purpose of my complaint was to make people aware of the way this company treats its customers and patients, especially the store manager Steve. I feel they need to be looked at and investigated for the way they treat their customersI still stand by original complaint and feel they need to be investigated

want them and I had put my charge in dispute with my credit card company. She said she was sorry to lose my business but that they had trouble with their staff at the store. That was why it took so long. My credit card company has not recharged my account. No glasses and no recharge on my [redacted].  As far as I am concerned the matter is closed.
