Review: Delisa is a waste/recycle company that is contracted with [redacted] NJ. One of their employees broke the wheel off of my garbage can making it inoperable. I had to purchase a new can. They said that they are not responsible for any damages to customer cans and refuse to reimburse me for the cost of a new can. They can't go around breaking customer property and say that they are not responsible for damages.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for the cost of a new garbage can. Saying that they are sorry and apologizing doesn't cover the cost of a new garbage can. I can't go to the store and say Delisa is sorry and get a new garbage. I have to pay real money. The store won't accept their apology as payment.
