On the day in question, *** (not *** as stated in the complaint) approached me and said that a customer did not like the wrap that she orderedI
asked what was wrong with the wrap and *** informed me that the customer said she did not like the sliced cheese on the wrapI am enclosing a menu that clearly lists American Cheese on the chef wrapI told *** to apologize and offer her something else and let her know that she would need to pay for one of the mealsI did not ask her to pay for something she didn't eatWhen *** apologized and told her that we would make anything else she wanted and she would be charged for the new item she very loudly yelled "That b____ is going to make me pay", she then informed *** that she never had to pay at Outback or Olive Garden and her meal needed to be comped*** informed her that it was our policyShe then asked for a box for her wrap
In her complaint she states that "I expected a wrap to be made like every other wrap from every other place, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, a meat and sauce"Our wrap ingredients are listed on the menu, ALL restaurants have the right and ability to make their items differentlyShe did not like how something tasted and that is her right/opinion but the ingredients were listed on the menu and we did offer to make something elseShe changed her mind about her lunch choice and wanted us to give her something for freeI will not apologize as I was called a b____She took the remainder of her wrap home and I will not provide a refund

This is completely wrong and a bold face lieI did ask if I could have something different I wasn't informed that I could *** said to me,"I'm not paying for it and theres nothing wrong with it so we are not replacing it," I never asked for a Togo box why would I I didn't like it and yes I made the statement so I have to pay for something I didn't eatI never asked to have a free meal I pay for everything I have.I need no handouts only want to be treated as a customer not a dog who is thrown scrapsIt was *** who stated she went to outback and they didn't fix her steak and I simply responded with that's crazy I've never experienced that with a steak then I told her if anything the manager would come out and take it back and bring you one cooked to your liking then I told her I've never been in an establishment to where they said you ordered it you eat itI never insinuated I wanted anything freeI even asked if I could have something different and *** stated yea I could have something different if I paid for it in conjunction with the wrap and that's when I said so I have to pay for something I didnt eat and she replied well I'm not paying for itI simple said wow told my fiance lets go and we will never be backNice try trying to degrade my intellect I don't need to curse or call anyone about anything I know my chain of command and know how to report unjust treatment hint that's why I contacted Revdex.com
