I have never had a bad experience with a Tax Preparation group beforeI went to Delisle Consulting on Feb 8th, plenty of time to finish and send out tax informationMy husbands was completed during our session, mine however needed one more missing document and he was also to correct and amend an issue from He told me everything I needed to get him which I promptly didMultiple calls, usually weekly at first, were told I am on the top of the list and he would have it completed soonIn the mean time I received a certified letter from the IRS and called again to get things moving alongAs of March 1st, I still had not heard that my taxes had been completedAgain told I'm at the top of the listFinally a few weeks later I get a phone call that my taxes would be finished that sunday March 26th and I would hear from them thenSunday comes and I call for an update, lady stated that I again was next on his list after his last customerAgain no call backI call Monday and told the exact same thingFinally I stated if my taxes were not completed by end of day I am wanting a refundThey agreed since again my taxes were not completedI now had to file an extension for my and have to hurry to find someone to fix my Hard to find a new tax person with weeks to go to get everything completedThis was a horrible stressful experience

He told me everything I needed to get him which I promptly did. Multiple calls, usually weekly at first, were told I am on the top of the list and he would have it completed soon. In the mean time I received a certified letter from the IRS and called again to get things moving along. As of March 1st, I still had not heard that my taxes had been completed. Again told I'm at the top of the list. Finally a few weeks later I get a phone call that my taxes would be finished that sunday March 26th and I would hear from them then. I now had to file an extension for my 2015 and have to hurry to find someone to fix my 2011. Hard to find a new tax person with 2 weeks to go to get everything completed. This was a horrible stressful experience.
