My receipts also say that the company's name as the seller
Yes As Seen on tv is used it still shows which of the company "affiliates " is selling as well as address which is associated with this corporation, I didn't jus pull it out of thin air

I have checked our database against the customer's name and have found no records in our system regarding a purchase under said name on the date provided. The transaction # and order ID # provided by the customer, furthermore, do not match up...

with our order # template. If the customer could supply the exact web address of where the purchase was made, I'd be happy to try and assist them but I'm thinking that this customer made an order from an online store serviced by a company other than ours.

We apologize for any confusion.  Stock has just arrived for this item.  This customer's address has been updated to his new [redacted], CA address and upgraded to 2-Day shipping at no additional charge.  It should ship by Friday, 6/23/16.

As we've posted many times. Customer is confused.  If they purchased through the Wal-mart store site, they should reach out to them.
