Tell us why here... We have been in contact with the customer. We do not know why the jacket was ruined. We have offered to send it to the [redacted] lab for analysis. The cleaning procedure suggested by the manufacture was followed . Customer did consent to the analysis. We are currently waiting...

Since I only have ten days to respond to this, and I was told it will take 7-10 days to get the results back from the lab, I cannot say I am satisfied with the response from the business. I have received notification from the manufacturer that there have been no other complaints with this print which was used in many different styles for the fall season. This email from the manufacturer has been sent to the business and can be forwarded to the Revdex.com if needed. In addition to personally knowing someone that has the same jacket and has not had any problems with theirs either, I feel my complaint is valid. I will attach pictures of the jacket before and after as well as my receipt for the purchase of the jacket.
