Business responded to complaint: ----------------------------------------------------We are sorry that Mrs [redacted] is disappointed that Apple is unable to actively service the Ashtabula area going forward Mrs [redacted] was a loyal Apple customer and her past business is appreciated Mrs [redacted] has an annual service agreement that covers April 1, to March 31, The agreement includes an air conditioner tuand a furnace tuwithin the agreement period The air conditioner tuwas performed on April 18, and the furnace tuwas performed on September 18, fulfilling these requirements of her contract Furthermore, we are happy to continue to service her furnace until the end of her agreement on March 31, If she has any concerns about her furnace between now and March 31, we suggest that she call the office and schedule an appointment upon bringing her balance of $current In addition, Mrs [redacted] has a ten year warranty on her Trane air conditioner that was purchased in Apple Heating will honor this warranty until July 5, as long as regular maintenance is performed Her Cozy wall unit was purchased in and carried a year manufacturer’s parts warranty and a year manufacturer’s heat exchanger warranty The furnace was purchased in and is not under warranty We encourage Mrs [redacted] to seek out a licensed and qualified HVAC company to warranty her Cozy wall unit and to provide annual maintenance for her heating and cooling equipment ----------------------------------------------------
We were called out to a no heat situation on October 11thOnce our technician arrived he ran a diagnostic on the heating system and found the inducer motor needed replace. At that time he placed an order for the inducer motorThe part came in on October 24th and we installed the part in the
customers furnace on October 25thThen we received a call from the customer on Oct 27th stating there was no heat in the homeWe sent a technician out and he found a bees nest in the exhaust for the furnace in the atticOur technician did remove the nest on October 27th and the furnace is working
