Had to send my Inspiron back within the month I got it due to the display being faulty and because the computer bluescreened frequentlyHad to send it back at least three more times (in which none of these times did they actually put the computer back together properly) because the USB ports kept quitting on me, and three motherboards later I'm told they need to format the hard driveEventually wound up fixing the problem myself simply by uninstalling the USB ports and allowing the system to reinstall them by itself, and even then I have to keep repeating the process because all of my USB ports powersurge whenever I try to plug in my phoneFinally, I sent it in AGAIN due to a noisy fanThey instantly sent it back telling me that there was nothing wrongBought a new fan for $vs Dell's $30+shipping and installed it myself, still in the system to this dayRefused to provide a new system after sending it back 5+ times totalWould definitely NOT recommend Dell to ANYONE!

Bought an OptiPlex for our business. Within a couple months we found out it had a defective hard drive. Convenient for Dell that this happened after 30 days so they won't refund my money, just sending me a new hard drive. Maybe if this was a personal computer I would just be upset and just go with it. But this being a computer for a business, we have lost money dealing with this computer. We've spent the past 2 days trying to figure out what's wrong and fix it, and now we're going to be without a computer until we get the new hard drive. I tried calling them to complain and still try to get my money back but all they did was put me on hold for 20 minutes and routed me through several people and I had to explain the situation 3 or 4 times. Then all they had to say was it was past 30 days and I couldn't return it. STAY AWAY FROM DELL!!! They'll send you defective computers and not take any responsibility for the consequences to your business!!
