I am appalled by the abysmal customer service and utter disrespect I experienced at the hands of Dell Financial. Their unscrupulous management and philosophy toward customers and the market are nothing short of despicable. Without any prior notification, the company callously closed my account, displaying a complete disregard for the consequences it would have on my credit and financial well-being.
The way this company conducts itself is a clear reflection of its management's lack of ethics and concern for customer satisfaction. It is astonishing that a company would be so callous as to jeopardize its customers' credit ratings without any regard for the potential long-term consequences it could have on their financial stability. The fact that they failed to inform me about the account closure, leaving me to discover it on my own, further highlights their lack of integrity and respect for their customers.
In today's highly competitive market, it is crucial for companies to prioritize customer service and satisfaction. Unfortunately, Dell Financial seems to operate on the opposite end of the spectrum. Their actions demonstrate a complete disregard for the impact their decisions have on their customers' lives, revealing their true colors as a company that only cares about its own bottom line.
To sum it up, Dell Financial has shown itself to be an unscrupulous and disrespectful company with no regard for its customers' well-being or credit. Avoid them at all costs, and choose companies that value their customers and understand the importance of ethical business practices. There are countless other businesses out there that prioritize customer satisfaction and respect, and I urge you to seek them out instead.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It was a well designed cheating jointly made by Dell Canada and Dell Financial Services Companies that cheats make out the contracts according to their plans and not every consumer can hire a lawyer to verify the contracts. Please refer the 4th paragraph in their response to my complaint ( letter dated July 13, 2015) There was a special financing promotion and I purchased the computer online based on the promotion responding to their advertisement I have been asking them in my earlier direct communication with them to give me the copy of that advertisement I bought it in good faith and Dell Canada and DFS lured me to sign a contract with different proposition I would also like to inform about the huge amount of complaints of similar nature against Dell Financial Services in consumer affairs forum ( [redacted] ).I want Dell Financial Services to stop taking money from my account and refund the excess amount collected so far Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: although I appreciate the goodwill gesture, the reasons are several: the credit was plus taxesthis in itself reduced the cost of the computer to approx this did not change the amount of the loan, Which by the inference of plus taxes meant the loan should have been adjusted, but it was notI am paying interest on the credit I did not receive an email informing me the credit had been applied nor that my payments were adjusted as a result I did receive a message with DFS, with an extention, which I tried several times to call, to no availIn the message I was told the gal would call back..She never did At this point the delay in calling me back as I could not reach via the extention # given, I prefer all correspondence in writing, as not one person has kept their word As the loan amount was not adjusted, but the monthly payout was reduced speaks of bad faithThe credit of plus taxes implys a reduction in the cost of the computerwhich lowered the monthly payments I'm perfectly happy to pay the interest and monthly obligations on the loan of This was the spirit of the creditThat I was paying interest on a loan of and not This is the point ignored by the response Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response received from Dell is unacceptable and untrue, the dates of the purchases do sound correctPurchasing my computer from Dell in the amount of 1,I was approved for the listed amount and given an account [redacted] with a credit limit of 1, After this purchase through Dell I then realized I needed a few extra computer supplies (computer didn't come with a CD/DVD drive etc) and proceeded to purchase those through Dell at a later date, At that time I needed to reapply for credit all over again in order to make my purchase which I did and was approved again account # [redacted] for 1,and only purchased worth of stuff with a credit remaining on this account of 1,As you can clearly see I was given two accounts with a 1,credit limit on each (as I had to reapply for a loan a second time) As told by Dell sales via the telephone I am attaching the proof for account [redacted] and also a screen shot from the Dell website of my other account # [redacted] As you can clearly see I have two accounts with a credit limit of 1,on eachRegards, [redacted]
