Ms [redacted] was interested in purchasing the Chevy Malibu. She informed us she wanted to finance with her credit union which we agreed to. Later on we were informed by her credit union that we would need to flip the title to Ms. [redacted] name prior to receiving the funds for the vehicle. We do...
not flip titles until the vehicle is funded. We informed Ms. [redacted] of this, and we gave her the option to finance with our financial institution. Because of this we had to void the sale and our finance manager hand delivered her refund check to her place of business so she wasn't inconvenienced.
