Review: I found out the double charged an additional $80.79 on my [redacted] that I didn't authorize. I called my bank to confirm this matter it was posted on my account 2/6/16. Getting a hold of the customer representative and the fraudulent department. No one likes the answer is I'm totally voicemail they will get back to me with the number,the phone disconnects, they informed that on They are busy and they will get to you as soon as possible and then it disconnects or they say the department is closed. When I finally get a hold of somebody I was on the phone for over an hour and a half first time being transferred to multiple different departments then I can transfer to the creek department for a supervisor and I'm disconnected. Call the second time around was on the phone for over 45 minutes and their informing me that the order was placed into separate orders that I did not authorize I called one time on January 23, 2016 for my order. I was told the other two items were on backorder which I can understand things happen but when I got a hold of the supervisor on the February 8, 2016 finally get a hold of somebody lives they explain it to me which I understand but then they never informed me of my [redacted] been charged an additional $89.79. I am formed a company that this is very and professional due to the matter that that's playing with peoples money wisely hold everybody works for their money man said that I am being over exaggerating and I don't need to get any kind of upset over the matter can't recall the exact words I can use the bay were not present because I got very angry. Either the companies to start handling responsibility with their supervisors and their workers and get people to actually understand what's going on or people who never purchase items from them and I will admit I did get nasty because the fact is that he made a comment that I found very unprofessional to do towards a customer who bought items from their company should never be that way.Desired Settlement: Didn't affect individuals don't ever want claim responsibility for their actions of not informing the customer about an additional charge they need to rethink their sale process and the individuals place of supervisors along with the workers look so but nobody wants to work but everybody wants the money. I'm a single mom of fixed income and a college student I should've been informed of this but I was not any better workers that are supervisors better sales reps and finally summer you could understand the American language of English. And to not have any male talk to any women in a manner that disrespectful. The HR needs to realize who they hire, no matter what the The modo the customer is always right needs to be Place on company policy's.
