Dear Revdex.com, It is true that her tires were shiny when she picked up the carThat she admitsIt is due to the fact we detailed the car and used armorall to enhance the their appearanceThat treatment will wear off.Succinctly put, we deny changing the tiresAnd, we find such an allegation insulting. Customer has been scheduled to drop her vehicle off on Monday November 20th, to have the airbag concern diagnosed at no charge to her. Customer is being provided a complimentary loaner vehicle while her car is being diagnosed. She understood an accepted that the new concern is not likely
to have been caused by the recall performed and that the cost of the repair needed to correct the current concern will be her responsibility

I have attached pictures of the tires in question.  These are not the tires that were on it when I test drove the Durango.  I took the vehicle to a local tire business in Malone NY and the owner of the business gave me an invoice for an alignment and a note attached to the invoice stating the tires never should have passed inspection.  That invoice was faxed to Della Mitsubishi directly to John K[redacted] and he left me a voice mail that the dealership "could not absorb that cost" and then offered for ME to buy the 3 tires at their cost and the 4th for $1.00.  If they hadn't switched the tires in the 2 hours it took them to register the vehicle...it didn't need cleaning as it was immaculate inside..I would have driven it off the lot. They insisted I leave the dealership.  If a man had had the same issue with the tires I believe they would have been replaced immediately.  But I'm a woman and perhaps, in my opinion, the dealership thinks it's ok to take advantage of that.  I know what black shiny new tires look like and when I noticed they weren't the same when I got home, I immediately called the dealership.  I want the All-weather radial tires back on my vehicle.

Thats the issue.. they said I was covered to up to 110,000 miles or three years.. but ive contacted the number they gave me once when I broke down and couldnt start my car.. and once when I ran out of gas.. both times I was told id have to pay an extra fee.. which was not disclosed to me..  i...

was lied to about the warranty.. was never given support or contacted from the warranty, except just now when they wanted me to pay even more to renew this "warranty" that covered nothing..I was lied to to buy this warranty that covered nothing and was given no support for something that cost me 4 thousand dollars. Its a scam.

I am now SHOCKED at the horribly response of LIES FROM DELLA.. ONE: BEING 30 YEARS OLD DOES NOT MEAN THAT IM AWARE OF ALL THE TRICKS DELLA USES ON THEIR CUSTOMERS.. THE SIMPLE FACT THAT I HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS APPLIED TO WHAT IS EVIDENCE THAT THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT CARE IF THEY GAVE ME THE THINGS PROMISED IN THIS LIE OF A WARRANTY.. THE "DEDUCTABLE" IS ONE THING .. I said NOTHING ABOUT A DEDUCTIBLE.. I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY FOR THE GAS, PAY FOR THE TOW TRUCK, AND PAY FOR ALL OF IT..I WAS GIVEN NO INFORMATION ON THE WARRANTY. WAS TOLD TO SIGN THE DOCUMENTS AT THE DEALERSHIP AND THEN TOLD WHEN I CALLED AND EMAILED REPEATEDLY THAT IT WAS NOT THEIR CONCERN AFTER IT WAS BOUGHT.. WELL ALL FINE AND GASPED BUT NOT THE FACT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED ANY KIND OF SUPPORT OR CORRESPONDENCE FROM THIS ALLUSION OF ALL WARRANTY UNTIL AFTER IT EXPIRED.. WHEN U PAY FOR CAR INSURANCE THEY GIVE U NUMBERS TO CALL.. PEOPLE U CAN CONTACT. THIS DEALERSHIP GAVE ME A FOLD UP PAPER THAT STATED WHAT THEY OFFER.. NO CONTACT INFO FOR THE WARRANTY.. THIS IS A FACT>>> TOLD ME THAT THE ONLY WAY I COULD GETTHE CAR is if I bought that warranty. He lied to me. Flat out lied. Not only does the CREDIT UNION REMEMBER HIM BEING THE ONE WHO SET UP THE FINANCING BUT I HAVE A WITNESS WHO STOOD NEXT TO ME THIS ENTIRE TIME.JIM GOSD ALSO REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO TEST DRIVE ANY OTHER VEHICLES TELLING ME I HAD TO TEST DRIVE THE ONE HE SHIPPED. I DO HAVE PROOF IN THE FORM OF EMAILS TO JIM AND FROM JIM THAT CLEARLY SHOW THAT HE IS NOW LYING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS B. PLEASE TELL ME WHO TO SEND THOSE TO. [redacted] 2012 Dodge Caravan had a damaged transmission replaced at DELLA Mitsubishi with a used transmission from a salvage yard.  Anytime that a used part is installed in a vehicle there is a possibility that the part will also have issues.  At the DELLA Auto Group we pride...

ourselves in providing all options available to repair a customers vehicle.  In this case, the used transmission that was installed did also have internal failures.  Once we were notified by [redacted] that the repair did correct the situation, we asked to have the vehicle brought back so we could inspect to make sure there were no other mechanical issues and to inspect the transmission that had been installed.  We found that the used transmission we installed, also had a failed pump.  We immediately contacted the salvage yard, and requested a replacement.  It took a few days to locate another transmission, when we did we installed it and replaced the flex plate that was broken by the failed transmission.  The customer was not asked to pay for the second transmission or the flex plate.  The vehicle has been repaired and road tested, no problems found at this time.  [redacted] picked her vehicle up on 11/2 and was satisfied with repair.

Dear Revdex.com: Attached, please find all documents relating to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted]. Our response is as follows: 1) The extended warranty price paid by Ms. [redacted] was $1915.00, not $4,000.2) The vehicle (2008 Nissan Altima S) had 69,153 miles on it when purchased. The warranty covered 36 mos. or 36,000 miles (whichever come first). It also clearly states there is a "$100.00 deductible).3) The $4,000 that the customer put down was applied to the purchase price of the car. 4) We did not arrange the financing. The customer brought in a bank check so we do not know what interest rate she paid, etc. and therefore we are not party to the payoff, etc.5) The attached documents also contain the warranty customer service number ([redacted]).6) All documents are signed by Ms. [redacted] along with said acknowledgements7) We do not take advantage of our customers. All customers, regardless of gender or age, are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. As an aside, Ms. [redacted] was over 30 years old when she purchased this vehicle.

On 1/9/17 Mr. [redacted]  brought his vehicle in with 2 complaints. The vehicle stalls out and is hard to start at times and the exhaust is loud. We diagnosed and found code P0171 for a lean condition. An exhaust leak can cause this code to set. For the second complaint we advised Mr. [redacted] that...

the catalytic converter needed to be replaced to correct the exhaust leak. He declined the repairs at that time. He was charged a diagnostic fee of $47.50, 1/2 of our normal fee. He was quoted $2623.92 for the repairs. On 1/18/17 Mr. [redacted] requested that we repair his exhaust for the quoted price. We replaced the catalytic converter, muffler and related seals and gaskets. Mr. [redacted] was charged $2338.49 for the repairs. On 2/4/17 Mr. [redacted] had his car towed here for a no start condition. We started his vehicle several times and the vehicle started normally each time. We scanned for codes and there were none. The adviser tried to contact Mr. [redacted] but could not reach him. The vehicle did not move because the vehicle was there for a no start condition.  We do not have to move the vehicle to scan for codes or to start vehicle. As far as the fuel level, we did not drive the vehicle on the road so there was no need to put fuel in it.Our service manager did not remember receiving any messages from Mr. [redacted] or he would have responded to them. The money Mr. [redacted] paid us was to repair the exhaust leak. We never duplicated the no start condition and Mr. [redacted] was not charged.

If Ms. [redacted] was upset with the level of service provided by the warranty company, she was free to pursue the complaint with them.Our firm position regarding this complaint is that we have done nothing wrong. Cadillac GMCand told me there was damage to the left front wheel. When I looked at the damage it was obvious impact damagetypically caused by the vehicle hitting a pot hole or a curb. When we put a vehicle on a lift it is done at a very slow speedThe damage to the wheel could not have been caused by a vehicle going 2 MPH, the speed in which a vehicle is lifted.Also the arms on the left are a lot higher than the wheel edge and could not possibly bend a wheel.We put hundreds of vehicles on our lifts every week and I cannot remember ever bending a wheel on a lift. George K[redacted]Service ManagerD'ELLA Buick Cadillac GMC
