I made reservations in Nov, 2019 for a week's stay in this RV Park in May. I had to pay 1/2 the fee up front. I Paid $162.50 to this RV Park. I then chose to cancel my reservations. Their paper work says I should get full refund. They e-mailed me an acceptance of my cancellation on March 30, 2020. They claimed they refunded my money but that did not happen. E-mails and phone calls just resulted in the run around. " We refunded your card. Sometimes it takes a long time for the credit card to go through......after 2 weeks. I have a cancellation number.......oh it's in the other office." Oh I don't have it here, I sent it to the financial department. Yada,yada. They have ceased all communication with me and I have been stiffed for $162.50
To whom it may concern . My name is Tim J I am the Manager of Dellanera RV Park. We have been investigating the problem with Mrs. refund and have been assured that she would receive her refund. I just reached out to Mrs. to see if she had received her refund and she said no . I assured her that this will be resolved and it will.
