New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt;">This letter is in response to complaint #[redacted] filed by [redacted] in regards to a 2013 Dodge Dart and application of paint fabrication to that vehicle.
Ms. [redacted] has alleged that my company "fraudulently" filed a warranty claim to replace her windshield, because we applied our paint fabrication product improperly. She goes on to state that she is currently experiencing a similar situation with her side windows.
Dellen's stance on the matter is that we did not fraudulently replace her windshield, we did so with the full permission of our Chrysler representative, who has inspected Ms. [redacted]'s former windshield from said vehicle and agrees that there was a flaw "in the glass" not "on the glass", the company that replaced the windshield also agreed that there was an issue in the laminate sheets that make up the safety glass.
In regards to the side windows, we would be more than happy to compare windows on new Darts from our lot to the windows on her vehicle. If there is an issue found, we will do what we can to make the situation right, if there is not an issue, then we will know the glass is not flawed. We offered up the idea of her consulting another dealership, not as a way to "pass it off on someone else", but instead, for her to get another opinion, as she clearly does not agree with ours.
Lastly, I do not appreciate the word fraudulent being used and will state that if it is used again in respect to my company, future correspondence between Ms. [redacted] and Dellen will be done so through our corporate attorney. Furthermore, if Ms. [redacted] would like for us to compare her vehicle to a new one, we would be happy to do so and she can stop by anytime.
