I put in two work orders. On March,17,2020. One for cement repair on sidewalk and holes above the rafter/roof in front. Our presidend *** and property manager *** know about it. They both came over. Now we have squirrels wanting to get out and they are damaginging while they are starving. President said it will be done and *** property manager is ignoring the situation. My brother has a low immune system. The sidewalk needs to be fix before someone trips and break their bones. I am up to date with fees and they are doing nothing. Its going on the second week and I still hear noises.
I am responding to the complaint made by one of our owners, ***Complaint # ***The work order submitted on 3/17 for the sidewalk repair, is still an open work order. This is a budgeted item that will be repaired simultaneously with other concrete/asphalt repairs in the common areas of the community. We do not yet have a completion date, we have received quotes from companies and the board of directors will advise as to which company they will contract with.The work orders for animals in the eaves, has been rectified. All nests removed, the animal(s) safely left and the hole was patched.--

They take too long on contacting contractors to complete the job. And the board is slow on making decisions. Its almost June. As far as the holes, yes property manager (TP) came out and sealed the hole leaving a squirell in. Another owner put in another work order. The animal is now in the back of roof with another hole going in and out. Property manager does sloppy work and the board wont get rid of him. Terrible job snd not satisified.
