Received invoice from this company dated 01-06- Called on July 3, and for return call to discuss this issue, no return callCalled them today because a threat to turn me for collection on original invoice Talked to Lady on who answered phone, she said new company had purchased Peak Hearing She said that it was my obligation to proof that my insurance paid or medicare this debt They have incomplete records of accounts, but they did have the $payment that I had paid I would hope that they would have someone who is in charge of accounts receivable who could do the investigation on any account and not come back to customer
