Patterson was excellent to work with up through installation. But once AC installed and they had my money, it was a swift down hill experience. They could not install unit completely on initial day as the heat strips were defective on my NEW unit. I called no less than 4 times to try to get this rescheduled, took another morning off work for them to come back by. Patterson never took the initiative to call me back about installing heat strips or getting unit inspected. After no less than 2 calls about inspection they finally schedule inspection for a Tuesday and tell me that someone will call me. After about 2pm on that Tuesday I start calling inspection company and they had failed my inspection because Patterson pulled wrong permits. I then have to call back Patterson who proceeds to ask me when I would like to take my 4th day off work to get HVAC system inspected.
Pattersons lack of customer service post sale is terrible. I do not suggest using this company.
