My name is Nancy Jo V [redacted] I along with my brother Mike V***, own and operateDelmar Beveragelfirst heard of the complaint last Thursday when it .was brought to myattentionI spoke with both my store manager and my warehouse manager and they bothtold me the same thing, the keg was almost empty and they had no issues tapping the kegnor un-tapping the keg and the beer flowed with the average foam head.When our Rep from [redacted] came in, I explained the issue and had theRep checked the keg for a defective seal, there was noneHe then proceeded to tap andpour from the kegIt flowed with a nice foam headHe then un-tapped tlte kegand had no issuesI had the Rep do it once moreAgain, it flowed nice and there wasno issue tapping nor un-tapping the kegWe used our own tap and we used [redacted] taptwice on the keg[redacted] will be receiving her keg deposit of$for returning the keg, It was her tap sothere is no deposit nor tap rental feeHer request for $refund is not warranted;There was nothing wrong with the keg and our store will not be getting reimbursed for it.We sold it in good faith and it was a properly :filled keg~ It was sent to us chilled, it waskept chilled and un-tapped in our walk in coolerIt left the store in excellent condition.We, in good faith will issue her a $store creditI hope this resolves the issue.Regards,Nancy Jo V***, Owner

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is mildly satisfactory to me. The person who issued the gift card of GOOD FAITH was unapologetic and rude as was Nancy. I will never be returning to this business as they are rude, unprofessional and have no sense of customer service whatsoever. It is quite a shame but this is a perfect example of why people choose to no loner shop at small businesses like Delmar Beverage anymore.

and they had no issues tapping the kegnor un-tapping the keg and the beer flowed with the normal average foam head.When our Rep from [redacted] came in, I explained the issue and had theRep checked the keg for a defective seal, there was none. He then proceeded to tap andpour from the keg. It flowed with a nice normal foam head. He then un-tapped tlte kegand had no issues. I had the Rep do it once more. Again, it flowed nice and there wasno issue tapping nor un-tapping the keg. We used our own tap and we used [redacted] taptwice on the keg.[redacted] will be receiving her keg deposit of$30.00 for returning the keg, It was her tap so. there is no deposit nor tap rental fee. Her request for $100.00 refund is not warranted;There was nothing wrong with the keg and our store will not be getting reimbursed for it.We sold it in good faith and it was a properly :filled keg~ It was sent to us chilled, it waskept chilled and un-tapped in our walk in cooler. It left the store in excellent condition.We, in good faith will issue her a $25 .00 store credit. I hope this resolves the issue.Regards,Nancy Jo V[redacted], Owner
