Review: [redacted] of boat marine allegedly performed work on my boat. This work was never requested. Without any notification, he removed my boat from the water alledgedly serviced it and is no deny me acces to my property until I pay a $3,770. bill. On 12/*/2014 I went to check up on my boat which was docked At [redacted]. located at [redacted]. in Amityville. I was concerned because the Noreaster weather/tides. The boat was not in the rental slip. I spoke with the [redacted] and he told me he removed my boat winterized it, wrapped and stored it. He didn't notifiy me nor did I authorize any work to be done. There are no signed Winter contracts and he did not have permission to do any work on my boat. Please attached unauthorized invoices. He won't return my property until he is paid.Desired Settlement: I would like my property back.
