After trying every other Internet provider out available in our area we were one of Delmarva's first customers in Kent County about years ago and have had seamless serviceAfter just days with Delmarva we canceled *** and switched to an all internet based TV/entertainment platform because the service was that good! That saved us $a year so when people ask if I saved money by switching to Delmarva I say NO, I made money by switching to Delmarva! I highly recommend them ! No contracts, no headaches
Worst customer service ever Actually worst owner of a company I have ever dealt with I purchased a month Internet service for my seasonal RV located in Rock *** Md I used the service the very first day and then tried to connect to another device and pop up said only one device allowed at a time I thought oh well, I will have to deal with that I used it for four weekends and it was on and off service but mostly on Two weeks ago I was unable to connect to the Internet at all and then this past weekend I was only able to connect for 3-minutes one time during the entire weekend I finally was able to determine that the service was through Delmarva wifi and called their office this am I asked if I could be called back as I wanted to cancel my remaining term of the six month plan Never got a call back, just several emails with the owner of the company He is absolute horrible to deal with and was very arrogant and abnoxious End result, sorry about your luck, no cancellation after days with a refund given and since I used it the first four weekends too bad So here I am paying for a service that is far from efficient I would never recommend them to anyone Very poor service and owner was to coward to get on the phone and speak with me STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I have had *** and ***Delmarva WiFi is better than bothBeing a wireless company, storms have little to no effect on my service at allWith a properly installed battery backup system I can stream movies and play games even in the worst of stormsWith so many sell outs and fake ISP's its nice to have a mom and pop IPS its perfect for meI can call and speak to a local person I know and actually get RESULTSThank you Delmarva Wifi for being there for us all !
I have been CABLE CoTV for almost a year I tried to get internet only where I live in rural area Companies would not give net only They wanted me to get the "bundle" One company would but it was a fortune and I had to do a yr contract
My neighbor told me what company they had and she loved it No limit, no contract etc That's for me...They were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with I use Roku and watch what I like, when I like It is very reasonable, I cut down the $ of my Verizon cell bill too They are awesome I am very happy THANK YOU, Delmarva WiFi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have had to failures with my wire less service which were caused by lightening and they responded to service calls after normal working hours and the other on a holiday.
this service was outstanding.

We were very excited by their promise of better and improved service. We decided to use them personally and for business. The service is no better. Our brand new computer won't stay online, the service drops constantly even if you can log on at first. The office people are extremely rude!!! I went in to cancel service in person, I was told to submit it in writing. I was also told that I would have to remove their equipment myself or be charged $150.00 for them to do it. When I asked what was theirs, due to prior companies leaving equipment, they had no idea. It was still my job however to take back their stuff. Again I can't begin to explain how rude the office women are!!! Our service was never the $60 as is stated. It was always more. If you can find another company, I suggest you do!!!
