Review: Ordered hats online and never received product. Inquired and received response that I would hear back in 24 hours. Never heard back. Followed up again and never heard back. Product not received and business refuses to respond to inquiries.

Desired Settlement: I expect full refund of charges immediately

Buyer placed an order for three items. Seller was out-of-stock on one of the items and was attempting to obtain replacement so that the order could be fulfilled.

In the interim buyer initiated a dispute with payment processor which precluded seller from even shipping partial order.

Seller issued a full refund through the payment processor on April 23 2013.

Full refund was issued.

Seller did refund money, however they fail to tell the whole story. It was not until I escalated the dispute that the seller refunded money. Seller ignored multiple e-mail inquiries as to status of order and that was the ONLY way they communicated with me. Don't believe their lies

I was visiting a friend in the New Haven area and was looking for a high quality hat. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and curtious during my visit. They helped me pick out a hat that fit my interested style and size. I bought a nice [redacted] made in wool felt. After a few days I felt the hat was a bit too small and returned to their store. They helped me pick out a [redacted] Derby in fur felt that not only looked great, it fit like a glove. They had no problem with me exchanging the hat and I will absolutely shop with them again for my next hat. They have a web site that makes shopping with them easy so there's no need to be in their area. I can highly recommend them as a sound business with excellent customer service, selection, and prices.
