We delivered Mrand Mrs [redacted] 's new cover on Friday September 18th as he requested We at Mountain Mist Spas never received any letter from an attorney, so I am not sure why Mr [redacted] states we only contacted him regarding his cover because of a letter As stated earlier, Mountain Mist Spas has protocol from the manufacturer as to how to handle warranty cover replacements We followed protocol to get the cover replaced We now have the cover delivered and we hope Mrand Mrs [redacted] can enjoy their hot tub and new cover We are happy to serve you in any way possible We are sorry for your inconvenience and appreciate your business Thanks you again

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This whole thing was a hassle and stressful they did receive a letter from the attorneyI have a copy of letter from the attorney that was sent to MrMark W [redacted] the Manager for MtMist FtCollinsThe letter gave them till Sept 10th to get new cover we received email on Sept 10th stating they had the new cover so they responded as the attorney requested and were ready to schedule install which we didMt Mist could care less about us as a customer we got nothing for our trouble, so in our opinion we are not satisfied and feel we were not serviced and treated as a valued customer and we will never due business with them again nor recommend them to anyoneI am not sure why they say they don't have the letterI am sure my attorney just did not draft a letter and send to me and not send it to MtMist Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: it was not until we had an attorney write them a letter that we got a solid answerThe attorney gave them till Sept 10th to get the cover to usOn Sept 10th received email our cover was in seems odd that day attorney gave them to get us the cover it was inHave copy of letter sent to my.mist attorney said they needed it to us and if they did not get it to us before th Sept they would be in breech of contract and would be considered deceptive sales practicesDon't really care to ever do business with them again and we won't, they got a sale all they cared about gave us nothing for waiting on new cover, The new cover could have been shipped by any trucking company as it would have been packaged as to not be damaged you just don't throw shipping products into a truck without protectionMountain Mist could have got the cover to us with in probably a week to 7days they just did not want to pay for shipping itAny questions email or feel free to call me at *** glad to tell you about our experienceWe just won't do business with them everThanks for your time
