Hi,I am sending additional documentation for my complaint ID # *** sent on September Thursday the 3rdI am forwarding an email I had received from the other Licensed esthetician I had mentioned in my complaint who had tried to help me after I had received bad eyelash extensions from Delores
GreenThis esthetician is also a Registered Nurse named *** ** ***I wrote her asking to just write a statement of what she experienced when trying to help remove the eyelashes and give her professional opinionI have the brief emails attached as a pdf.Delores Green, the woman who applied the lashes finally contacted me late Thursday evening on September 3rdI had asked her for a refund for what had happened that day and that was at least what she could do for me and she specifically said to me she disagreedShe had offered to remove them and with great hesitation I scheduled a time Friday the 4th to do soShe removed them but had left large areas of glue in my natural lashes and a ton of white residue around my eyes which caused extreme pain and burningI have kept on file all photos through the entire process for physically documentation if neededI chose to not speak to her at the time of the removal about a refund again to avoid confrontation since she had seemed irritated with me over the phone. I am still looking for my initial request with my complaint as this issue is not resolved

My name is DeLores Green, and in response to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted], I would firstly like to apologize for an uncomfortable experience. The lash service was performed, and upon departing, she seemed happy with the results. As I instruct everyone, I tell hem care instructions and also tell them that if there should be any sort of issue, irritation or what have you please contact me and I will get you back in as soon as possible. At about 8:30 thy evening, I checked my voicemail and received a message from Ms. [redacted] stating that she had discomfort and was awaiting my call. I called her back immediately to see what the issue was. She described irritation and discomfort, in which I apologized that she was experiencing that. She also informed me that she reached out to another tech to have them removed BEFORE getting in contact with me. She explained that she sat with an FDA remover on for 2 hours ( it shouldn't take that long, and there is also no FDA approved remover or adhesive on the market. I would also like to note that I have never and would never use anything such as a nail glue or super glue on anyone especially with such a fragile area such as eyes. All of the products I use and buy are of great quality and I wouldn't use otherwise). She also told me that the tech was scrapping at them. I expressed my concern as I wanted to help her have them removed. At no point was there irritation with her or the issue, rather I was trying to come up with a solution to get them off before I went out of town the following morning, and also taking into consideration Ms. [redacted]'s time. She eventually said she would come in the next day. I postponed my trip because I genuinely wanted to help her remove the lashes so that there would no longer be the discomfort she described. She came in and I let the lash remover soak on her lashes, being sure not to tug, pull, or scrape at them. They were removed very gently and cleansed afterwards. Upon completion I saw no white residue or glue left on the lashes. I again would like to apologize that the service was not to your expectation, and I would like to offer a refund for the cost of my service.
