Review: I was surfing on the internet when a box popped up that said I had a virus that was urgent. It said all of my information was going to be hacked. I was instructed to call what I thought was [redacted] support services. While on the phone with them I questioned the validity of what I was purchasing and how I would know the business was authentic. I also questioned why I needed this software. They were very persistent on selling it to me right then and wouldn't even let me hang up to consult anyone because they said I would be hacked faster. They then got remote access into everything in my computer and told me I needed virus protection that my IP address had been hacked. So I proceeded to pay $190 while they "fixed" my computer. I didn't have a virus and nothing was wrong with my computer. They also told me they were [redacted] technology expertise. After I made the purchase, I called [redacted] to verify the virus protection and they said that nothing was wrong or needed to be fixed with my computer. They also informed me that they don't have pop up notifications like the one I received. I then realized I had been scammed into giving $190 to fix a virus that I did not have. I called the company multiple times and got hung up on twice. They informed me that they would "refund" me so I asked for email conformation about the refund and nothing has happened. I also had to cancel my bank card that I used so that they would no longer have access to that information.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for $190 for the service they provided that I was tricked into purchasing.I want the refund in a check since I had to change my bank account information. I did not need this and they told me it was urgent I buy it.

Review: After I purchased their products, I noticed that they're not working so I asked for a refund. They told me it would take a maximum of 7 working days to complete the transaction (according to their Refund Policy). After more than 7 days, I didn't receive the refund so I called again and the same thing happened. This has been going on for over 2 months now and I'm worried that they might be withholding my refund on purpose. Please resolve this soon.Desired Settlement: The only thing I want from Delota Technology is a complete refund on all my orders.
