I was scheduled to take ownership of my home tomorrow morning, but to my surprise when I was on site I was told they are two weeks behindThe unfortunate thing here is that they are obligated to send me written notification of delays and I still have yet to receive this noteSo as far as myself, my bank and my lawyer are concerned we are still closing tomorrowSo as I write this I am still completely in the dark as to what is happening as I still cannot get in contact with anyone from the business
My closing date is August 2nd and today I cannot get in contact with anyone to provide me informationAs early as this morning I tried emailing again and still no reply from the builderI do not know my exact purchase date off hand, but it was approximately years ago, with currently about one year in delays thus far
