Review: I bought a ring from [redacted] of Delphina Jewelry as a gift for my daughter at the Home and Garden Show at the IX Center, Cleveland, Ohio in early February. I also purchased jewelry for all three of my grown daughters that weekend. She assured me if the size wasn't right, she would exchange it. It was not and I called her. She said she had that ring in every size and would send it out within a couple of days after receiving the one I bought back. My tracking # indicates she received the ring back on February 27th. After two weeks of not receiving he ring, I called her and she agreed she received it and she had to order another in her size which she already had told me she had her size. She said it was in and she would send it the next day. That was mid March. I explained to her when I bought it and again on the phone that it was for my 23 year old special needs daughter for her birthday which is tomorrow, April 5th. It was a special gift as it was sterling silver with purple topaz, my daughter's favorite. I had her try it on for size early so she could have it on her birthday. She assured me two weeks ago that she would send it out the next day and I would have it way before her birthday. Since then, this week, I have called her several times, left messages, emailed her twice, and she won't return anything and I still have no ring. My daughter knows about it and that it's for her birthday and wants to wear it Friday night for her birthday party. She goes to the mailbox every day to look for it and as special needs people do, she doesn't understand why this lady won't send her ring that I have bought and paid for and also sent back the other one in perfect condition, never worn. This lady has my money, has the original ring and will not return phone calls or emails. I live too far away from her to go there and get it and she knows it. Please, for my special daughter's sake, contact [redacted] of Delphina Jewelry at [redacted]. Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like for her to send my daughter's ring right now. I don't want anything else, just my daughter's ring for her which she loved and has been watching for in the mail since [redacted] send she would send it. It's heartbreaking to watch a person who doesn't understand watch for something that a crooked businessperson doesn't even care about. She has my money, the original ring, and it's plain she doesn't care. Thank you! [redacted]

My complaint was taken care of by Delphina Jewelry regarding complaint ID[redacted]. She did send me the jewelry overnight after the company with which she was allowed in as a vendor contacted her personally and told her to take care of it. But obviously, she should not be in business since it took that to get her to send it and that she will not answer your calls in my opinion. I am a personal business owner also, so feel her professionalism with me as a customer and you have both been compromised. Thank you for the follow up.
