I am rejecting this response because:For one when I emailed them they only responded the one time and it was them asking me to callI replied and explained to them that I could not call but asked them what information it was they needed and I would be more than willing to give it to themI even sent them pictures of the raw bloody chicken in the packagingThey had also mentioned in the email that they would send me a replacement mealI do not want any more of their foodThis is a safety issue and they showed no concern over itI will post those pictures everywhere if I have toThis is absolutely ridiculous that they can treat their customers this way and mishandle food and show no concern over itWhere is the responsibility??

Pinnacle Foods does not make this product. According to the Las Palmas website, this product is made by [redacted] We recommend that the consumer contact [redacted] directly for resolution as we are not able help.

ifingested. Casing such as this is used regularly on sausage link products; however, you are most likely accustomed to seeing it be clear in color whereas ours is blue for visual inspection processes.The casing should have been removed prior to placing the links into the individual containers. Thank you for forwarding this information. Our claims department has been in contact with [redacted] and the claim for dental repair was denied. As she acknowledges, there is a warning label on the product that the cherries may contain pits.  Thank you

Multiple attempts to contact the consumer were made. There was no option to leave a voicemail and an email went unanswered.  Per UPS tracking [redacted] the check has been delivered.

I am rejecting this response because: They did NOT contact me.  And, the check was going to be issued on June 16th and overnighted. They didn't find out there was a problem issuing a check until July 26th?
