to provide him with a firm date for completion of the work. Due to our mistake the cost of the work, as requested, should have been $4,150 instead of the $3,350 quoted. We intend to honor the quote to make up for the delay.

Review: I brought my storm window glass to be fixed in September,2014 to del ray glass. I was told one week to be fixed. clips were required to fix glass. One week went by, and told another week. This was repeated many times, the clips were ordered and then reordered, and then reordered. It is now November 6, 2014, and still no windows. Customer service seems to be negligible. they never return calls, when they say they will or at all. They pretend like they have the situation under control, but never do. When I called to speak with a manager, there was no personalized phone message. the manager does not work at the facility and is out measuring supposedly. I would take your business to another glass shop. I was lied to on too many occasions with this company.Desired Settlement: I want my window frames back, and my money back.

November 19, 20014The Customer's windows have been repaired and the customer has received them.The Customer, [redacted], brought in two storm windows to be repaired. Terry took the order. We were able to repair one on time. The other was not repairable because it did not have interior corner clips. We offered the customer the one window that had been repaired and informed him we would have to order corner clips, if he agreed to go that route, because the ones we had in stock were not a match for what he needed. He said he wanted to pick up both the windows at the same time.Terry, our Sales Clerk, spoke to [redacted] each time he called and kept him in the loop with regards to when we expected to get the new clips and an estimated date for the second window to be repaired.In summary, the clips were received, the windows were fixed and the Customer picked them up.During the process we offered our apologies to [redacted] for the delay resulting from us having to order the clips and waiting for their arrival; however we also explained to him that the alternative would have been to reject providing the service because one of the windows he brought in was missing the corner clips. We felt we were providing him with a greater service going the extra step to repair his windows instead of rejecting them and telling him he would have to buy new storm windows.We are sincerely sorry that something obviously went astray; and for that we offer our sincere apology to [redacted] again.Clearly our desire, goal, is to always get the work done correctly, promptly, and to the Customers satisfaction.In this situation we do not see grounds for us to consider refunding any money back.Sincerely,Tom G
