I explained to the manager [redacted] I did not want to be put on a lease vehicle. After two hours of waiting, he stated I got you on a lease. I asked 3 times for my personal car keys back he REFUSED to do so finally Rahkeem the sales representative gave me back my car keys so I could leave. [redacted] stated you don't even know what a lease is.
