expected because of the Complainant’s behavior. He called the police on me for asking him to leave my facility and lied to them about the circumstances surrounding why I asked him to leave. After he found out I have security cameras at my shop, he admitted to the police that he lied.! went above and beyond to keep the Complainant informed of the job progress and costs involved. At one point, Complainant instructed my employee to put the old transmission back in the truck and he would have it towed elsewhere. Shortly thereafter, he returned and apologized stating he wanted our shop to finish the job. These are just two instances of his conduct. He was charged for the time it took to perform the job. It is not my fault that he chose to conduct himself in an inappropriate manner, which delayed the job from being completed sooner.
