the same company that keeps calling her because she received a notice from our officeAt that time the representative asked for the ID number on the notice that was shown on the noticeThe consumer refused to give the ID number and stated that she wanted to be taken off of our mailing listIn order for the consumer to be taken off the mailing list our company needed the ID number to honor the consumer’s requestThe consumer at this point has assumed we are the same company that was calling herWe are an inbound call center and do not make outbound calls to solicit consumersThe consumer requested to speak to a manager and after speaking to the manager the consumers complaint was resolved on the on the phone call by taking her information off of our mailing list Thank you, Delta Auto Assurance

The consumer purchased coverage on 12/19/2017 giving the estimated mileage of 65025 and was advised to call back with correct miles with in the first 30 days. On 1/22/2018 the consumer called our office stating that she has not met her wait period of 30 days and 1000 miles. On 1/23 she called sated...

that she wanted to give us her updated miles in the amount of 81880. At that time we advised her that we will submit the update and if we need any further information from her we would follow up. On 1/31/2018 we followed up with her and left a message. On 2/1/2018 the consumer returned our call and at that time when she was advised to send in mileage documentation at that time the consumer did not want to send in the documents so the admin could honor her request. At that time the consumer refused to send in the documents and requested to cancel. The coverage has been cancelled and the prorated refund per the terms of the coverage has been issued.
