On January 13, 2016 Delta Auto Glass Inc dispatched a technician to Brannek Motors formerly Premier Auto Sales to re-seal the windshield. [redacted] then called on January 18, 2016 and requested a guarantee against leakage and was informed again that lifetime warranty is not honored for wholesale customers.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I have checked and can secure a written statement from a different local auto glass company which will confirm that regardless of the price agreed to, a company should stand behind its work when improperly installed. I also have a sworn statement from the Buick dealer which states THE CAUSE OF THE DAMAGE WAS THE IMPROPERLY INSTALLED WINDSHIELD. When I called Missy, the owner to ask who insures her business so that we may file a claim, the owner REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE INFORMATION, which is ILLEGAL. The company must either take responsibility for their shoddy workmanship or provide me the information to their insurance company so that we may file a claim, to insure that this same damage will not happen again.Sincerely,[redacted]
