I believe Ted has addressed your problems. He is also going to stop by your house and put a magnet in the hole on the side of your door where the prewire company misaligned the switch and the magnet by 6 inches. Hope all is ok now.

Please send me a copy of your contract where it states that you won't make a payment until 03/01/2017. I found notes in our data base showing that you referred [redacted] and you were supposed to receive a $150.00 credit. I just spoke with Central Security Group and they will be applying the...

credit to you account this week. I have attached the Automatic Payment Authorization form which signed authorizing Central Security Group to charge your account each month. There is no mention of a smoke detector on your contract or installation work order. As far as the credit inquiry is concerned I apologize that it was a hard pull which affected your credit score by 3 points. I spoke with Aaron and he really believed it would be a soft hit.
