Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] There was no SIGNED contract/purchase agreeement on the part if Delta Auto which means the deposit was 100% refundable They took the car because we went to another dealership to have the paperwork reviewed and we were pointed to the fact that the actual contract was never signed Scott M [redacted] kept telling us that the paperwork was filled out incorrectly and ghat [redacted] would have to resign the paperwork on jan when he came in They took the possession of the car before any paperwork was signed therefore no valid contract and his fill deposit should have been returned We have retained legal representation and are prepared to take this to court and also file criminal charges and notify the state of forgery issues that took place on those documents by a member of the delta staffWe also have video and audio of all the transactions that took place on jan proving everything We request the return of the other $of his deposit immediately

Company's faxed response has been transposed by Revdex.com staff-***We were called on 7/7/and told that Mr [redacted] Vehicle did not startWe sent (at our expense) a tow truck and towed the vehicle to [redacted] , Cleveland, OH, ***# [redacted] ***’s told us the starter & battery need changedSo we had ***’s repair the vehicle at our expense and returned the vehicle to Mr [redacted] ( [redacted] son) the following daySo you could imagine our surprise that the customers returned the vehicle to us , and told the finance company ( [redacted] ***) they no longer want the vehicleMr [redacted] signed a contract to finance this vehicle with [redacted] Finance, and wehn droped of they told Delta Auto they couldn’t afford itSo obviously this is there way of trying to get out of the loanHowever [redacted] Finance is holding him to the contract and is reposesing the vehicle and is going to garnish Mr [redacted] ’s incomeWe at Delta Auto belive we held our end of the bargainWe towed and repaired the vehicle at no cost to Mr [redacted] What else could we do? Ms [redacted] purchased a used Pontiac GCoupe on March, 6, Prior to here purchase she test drove the car times, along with having her mechanic look over and approve the vehicle she was given our warranty days 50% customer, 50% Delta Auto Wholesale, for engine, transmision, and drive train, (lubricated parts only)Also came with our warranty a guarantee to pass (Cuy County) Emissions testAlong with our warranty she also purchased an extended service contract that her finance company offeredSo after her day warranty had well expired with us , she starts constantly calling and complaining about any issue she can come up with, and it for to the point of harrasmentSo we decided to cut our ties with her, seeing she has a great service contract that is recognized at any location with certified mechanics.Some people who purchase a used car forget its a man made and can break, we at Delta Auto Wholesale feel we took care of all are guarantee, and fullfiled our end of the agreementSincerly, [redacted] ***Sales Mgr

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I would like to request a cctv check on March 6,from Delta Auto when allegedly Mr.*** said that I tested the vehicle times with a mechanic, because I test the vehicle only one time on the same day when I bought the vehicle , I was with my son that is a minor and my best friend that actually she is the co signer of the vehiclethere wasn't no personal mechanic with me at that time at allAlso I have a verbal agreement with Mr*** that they *** take care of the noises that the vehicle has in the front and back, that apparently for Mr*** was the breaks and shocks, he referred me to Delta Auto that is locate on Fulton Rdto get my vehicle fix with" no problems"Since that day my vehicle was seeing on Delta Auto that is locate on Fulton RdNOT on Delta Auto where I bought the vehicle on 130Th st.that is where Mr*** is locatedI had never spoke again with Mr*** about this matter with my vehicleAlso I request a cctv check on Delta Auto to proved the several times that I went to speak with the manager about the problem that I have with my vehicle on the month of March and April and I still have itSince I have prove that on April I have text from my phone to the manager of Delta Auto name "***" phone and his Mechanic phone, because my vehicle was that day around 10:30am until 9:pm at the shop and Mr*** is claiming that I gave a complained after the days warranty was over, also that was the 3rd time that my vehicle was on that shop since I bought it ,Unfortunately Mr*** gave a statement and this is against to the law I reply again that All my conversations about this matter with my vehicle were with Delta Auto manager *** and his assistant ** Also I would like to add that the top of the convertible doesn't want to open either light is on "Top Not Secure" Thank you Revdex.com for your support, hope to hear from you soon.

bye ** *** on 2-24- On 2-24-** *** purchased a *** *** *** from Delta auto wholesale for a finance deal with *** ***When ** *** came to the car lot she brought her proof of income (pay stub & ssi award letter) that was verified and had the right amount of income with job and ssi combined together for a spot delivery finance deala spot delivery finance deal means the customer is allowed to take the vehicle while the dealership fed ex her paperwork (personal info, proof of income, proof of address, and contract with ***) and while the fiance company calls and verifies that she is who she said she is, lives were she says she lives, and works were she said she works, then they will finalize the loan after all checks out, it usually takes business daysWell ** *** quite her job that was used for getting loan, so *** finance is denying loanI called ** *** and she advised me she has a new job and makes more money now, so I called *** *** and thay agreed to wait for weeks until she gets her 1st pay stubSo finally she came in daysafter receiving her 1st pay stub and her income was not enough to qualify for a *** approvalSo ** *** then tells me she has a co-signer, so I ask *** if they would give her a few days to get her co-signer in to submit a loan applicationShe finally arrived about a week and a half later with her brother whos income did not qualify either as a co-signer after she assured me he has long job time and makes more than enough money to co-signSo I told her she had to return the vehicle to our Fulton lot location instantly and she kept not showing up with the vehicleShe finally arrives on 4-1-with the vehicle and the vehicle had obvious damage done to it , along with the interior just totally trashed!!! So we told her that the vehicle has to be inspected and re-stocked in and she can come on 4-3-and we would have a letter and any refund coming back to her on this dateShe arrived with two men on 4-3-and she was vary threatening along with the two men with her, and refused to sign and tore up the letter and threatened to burn down the building and threatened all of our employees alsoAfter her performance on 4-3-she and others constantly called and harassed me on my cell phone at all hours of the night, and it was getting concerningThanks , Scott
