The website shows round bolsters (cylindrical cushions) for sale. These cushions are used for physiotherapy exercises.

I have back problems, and so made the decision to invest in this device so I could continue to do my physiotherapy exercises at home. It cost me $145.71 (including tax and shipping), which is a significant expense for me. Unfortunately, when I unpacked the product, there was a huge warning label attached:
"WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm
***"
This information regarding the toxicity of this product was nowhere to be found on the website (I have taken a photo of the webpage in case the company alters it in the meantime).
I would have NEVER purchased a toxic health-care device had I known this information was deliberately withheld from the customer.
*** a toxic product was put up for sale without full disclosure. And now I have been exposed to a health hazard.
I have sent an e-mail to the company, but have yet to receive a reply. I am unable to phone them because damage to my vocal cords prohibits me from talking on the telephone.
I have been left with no choice but to remove this toxic product from my home in order to prevent further exposure while I wait for a resolution.

I expect that my costs be refunded ($145.71 be returned to my credit card). The invoice number is *** I also expect that Delta disclose the toxicity warnings for their products in large red type on their websites, or simply remove those products completely.
As per my email with *** and phone discussions, this issue arose due to *** labelling on a product that is manufactured in ***. This label has no bearing on the products safety or use, and is only required this label due to its manufacture in California. This labeling issue was recently brought to our attention, and we are in the process of reviewing the products effected to make note of them on our website, as well as explain the California labelling policy.
*** reached out upon receipt of her product by email, but her initial email was not received at my end. I believe her email was caught in my spam filter as it was not a recognized sender. Her second email was received 1 week ago. After this initial contact by ***, her concern was put into process to fully credit the payment, even though she had disposed of the product rather than return it per our written return policy on our website. The credit was delayed due to staff holiday, but has already been processed. This was explained to *** by email at 9:29AM this morning.
