Mr [redacted] lack of concern and/or ethics in dealing with my flashing or my vents being painted. Mr [redacted] informed me while he was giving me a quote on my mother's roof, that he was going to paint the vents. I informed him that when the workman installed (Delta Job about 2 mos ago.) My vents and flashing they did not paint it. He said he would look into it. I called the next day to let him know the number of vents was 4 and his response was "we can take care of it after we do your mother's roof if there is any paint left over". He then acted very upset that I called him in the first place.I don't want him on my property again and I'm certainly not going to have Delta do my mother's roof.Desired Settlement I want them to paint the vents and the flashing that are on my roof.Final Consumer Response Consumer has indicated the matter is resolved.

This company did good work other than checking the wood before attaching the vinyl, to the overhead ceiling.Desired SettlementRepair this problem very soon at no cost!Business Response Based on a conversation the Revdex.com had with the company, Mr. [redacted] states that the crew member that was set to go do the job for the consumer, Mr. [redacted], was at the St. Jude with his grandson. The crew member grandson has passed and Mr. [redacted] should expect repair within 30 days. Mr. [redacted] apologizes to the consumer for the unpredictable situation.
