My experience with Delta Defense, LLC, dba USCCA during the summer of 2015. I will tell you that I am "COMPLETELY SATISFIED" with training and services provided. My order was filled and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I believe this is an Extremely Reputable Organization with Very High Business Practices and have referred family members and friends to them.

Why have a member area to sign up for the give away and a non member when no purchase is required. Is it like publishers clearing house where a red dot shows if you purchase magazines and if there is no dot you wind up in the trash pile. The last winner just became s member and won. What a coincidence. In the mean time I recieve one or two emails a day telling me why I need to join. [redacted]

I have been receiving very happy with this company for the several years that I have dealt with them. I receive a free monthly magazine from them that arrives in my *actual* home mailbox which I always look forward to, yet I have never felt pushed to make the decision to "go all the way" and purchase one of their big, "moneymaking" products (i assume), which would be the insurance that they offer for a very specific type of need that many Americans' face; after years, I am still unsure of whether it is the right thing for my family, but this company is NOTHING but gracious and helpful while I await my decision, not pushing me one way or another, simply offering me knowledge and information that I myself am opting in for. I came on the Revdex.com site just following a link to see if there were any complaints, you know, like is it "too good to be true" or whatever before I actually do decide to enroll in a plan with them; thats how I got to this comment page. [redacted] Just my 2 cents for this great company.

No purchase necessary per the official rules, yet one MUST purchase their insurance to win per the body of their email. Obviously a conflict in their statements. SCAM!

Review: I renewed my subscription on 02/03/14, but I have not received another magazine since January. I contacted the company via their contact form a few weeks ago, and I received no response.Desired Settlement: Refund via check. I believe the credit card used to purchase the subscription has been replaced by my bank because of a security breach. The card on file may be invalid now.

Upon looking into this matter, her subscription she originally purchased was for a [redacted] and [redacted]. The renewal attached to this account and not her own account. I went ahead and started a new account in her name only and transferred the subscription to her account. I then extended the dates to August 12, 2015 for this inconvenience. We have no record of her contacting us through email and highly recommend if you do not hear from us, please call us at ###-###-####.

Our Advisor [redacted] has left a message for Kristina to contact us back to notify us if she would like a refund back on her card she used for $42 or a check refund of $42. Refund checks are processed on the 15th and last day of the month, then mailed out a few days later. This may influence the type of refund requested.

I read the complaints about Delta Defense, LLC, and find the negative comments to be unfounded. I am a member, and will continue to be a member of this organization. It's business model, is to educate, train, and insure, not give guns to every person that joins, or worry about the business having two names. I find their training extremely useful, factual, and may actually save my life someday. I contacted a defense attorney and showed him the insurance, in preparation of possibly having to use it, God forbid. It's all legit, and I had no problem retaining him for future use. This is not about being warm and fuzzy, it's about being responsibly armed, trained, and educated. I know that if I have to use my gun, USCCA and Delta Defense, has my back.

Review: I ordered a $7.24 DVD and a $29.44 Book on 09/27/2013. I have twice contacted the company and they said they were sorry for the delay. They have had my money since 09/27/2013!!

I want my order or a full refund!

Failing the above please label this company what they are a scam!

We have no indication he called in to inquire about his order. We did experience a delay in sending out the orders due to the high volume of orders. We can guarantee the orders have been sent out by Friday, October 11th and we ask everyone who purchases an order with us to please allow 10-15 business days for the product to reach them. If you decide to receive a full refund for your product we will honor the full refund. However, you will have to wait to receive your product to return it to us and as soon as we receive the product, we will refund your credit card you used to purchase the product. We apologize for the inconvenience and are trying to work with everyone who has purchased this product with us.

If you choose to return your items, please send them back, again you will have to pay for return shipping, and once we receive the products we will refund your credit card. Why are they using two different names? Delta Defense LLC. On Revdex.com Site? US concealed Carry Association LLC. For prize drawings and sign up for subscriptions? They also do not show who is insuring you?? They like to write a bunch of garbage stating you shouldn't worry about this? To much government legal talk? Just a big push for money ?? and scare tactics to get you to purchase?? Let's please hear from some more people looking for more information on them!! I like my money! And not buying 8paper magazines for $30 a month?
