I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Initially, when my wife and I spoke with Ms. R[redacted] there was only one overdraft which was on 12/12/17 and we had agreed upon that, however, since Delta Dental was so untimely in processing the overdraft refund, we incurred a second one (36.00), making the total overdraft  fees 72.00.  The second overdraft fee was on 12/13/17.  As I stated in my complaint if Delta Dental's customer service representative had relayed the correct information to us and not given false information, none of this would have happened.  My wife called well in advance of the date the auto deduction was suppose to be withdrawn from our checking account. She called either November 28th or 29th of 2017.  Auto deduction was suppose to happen on December 5, 2017, but we were informed that it had been deleted.The first overdraft caused a rippling effect and subsequently, we incurred the 2nd one.  We called at least three times and left messages for Ms. R[redacted] to contact us and she never did. Since all calls at Delta Dental are recorded, they should have a record of this. Thank you for reviewing this.
