We recently had water damage from a failed sump pump with all the rainI had the company out that my insurance company had recommended and they did ok with drying everything but did not address the water issue in our crawl spaceMy wife had a friend recommend Delta and I went online and saw a negative review but because of my wife's friends recommendation and not being satisfied with the first company I decide to try Delta I am 3/of the way thru the process and from the start Delta been very professional and done exactly or more than they said they would [redacted] came out originally and talked to us about the issues and possible issuesThey worked with my insurance company and have frequently called to check on how I felt about the progress and if I had any questionsThe only thing left now is the carpet but I can already say I HIGHLY recommend this companyI do not write reviews often but after remembering the negative review I thought it was only fair to say something

This company is the best! Their customer service is excellent! Their staff is friendly and professionalWe had to have a lot of work done due to recent storms and Delta made the process easy and non-stressfulThey were always honest about the estimates and the amount of repair that needed to be doneWill definitely use this company in the futureI can't recommend them enough!

A recent wind storm damaged the roof of my detached garage--it lifted shingles, tar paper, and even the plywood sheafing from a corner of the garage leaving the interior exposed to the elements With snow in the forecast, I needed a prompt repair Tiffany and her team at Delta disaster Services responded immediately to seal the roof with a temporary repair, and then returned to make the permanent repair All their work was done very promptly, on time as scheduled, and expertly You can't tell there was ever any damage Their contact info is in my file cabinet for future use, if the need ever arises I give my highest recommendation to Delta Disaster Services of Southern Colorado

Run away from this company! Not only did they charge me for things never done and bill me for hours never worked and charge me for after hours during business hours but the lied to me and told me that the black mold they left untreated in my basement was safe and wouldn't cause any harm to my childrenThe even put fans aimed on the mold which fanned it all through my house and my babies lungsThey charged me for applying a spray on the mold but they never did spray itThey also put a fan on my furnace which cause gas to be fanned throughout my house and my gas alarms to go offI had to evacuate my kids until I could get the gas outWhen I spoke with *** he acted like I was being unreasonable by asking for the billing to be corrected, and dismissed my safety concerns as if they were unfounded

I was very pleased with Delta Disaster Services! Recent heavy rains and hail resulted in a rook leak into my garage (rain worked its way under some flashing below a dormer window and just took the path of least resistance). Delta sent out two separate contractors on different days to accommodate my work schedule (thank goodness), first re-sealing the roof, repairing drywall in the garage and inspecting for any other damage. From the advisor to the contractors to the office staff at Delta, everyone was very friendly and professional. They've got a great team over there.
