Attached is the sales sheet signed by Ms [redacted] Her signature is right next to the words "ALL SALES ARE FINAL"The restocking/cancellation fee is also outlined on this sheetAlso included in that same attachment is her original credit card receipt with her signature to show it is in fact her signature on the sales sheetMs [redacted] demanded a refund on a Sunday, was asked to call back to speak to a manager and then immediately filed a complaint with you guys without allowing a sufficient amount of time to resolve the situationWe believe this is unfair for a small business to receive a complaint like this and not be given the opportunity to resolve the situationWe hope that you take that into consideration in this caseWe had not heard from her again until we received your noticeAs soon as we did, we issued a full refund even though the client signed the sales sheet agreeing that "all sales are final"I've attached proof of the refund issued to her as well

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I was never told all sales are finalI was never told about a 15% restocking feeIn any event, I have contacted my credit card company and I have still not received my full refund Sincerely,*** ***

On 3/20/2016, Ms*** called to ask for a refund for a purchase she made at our store the previous dayShe was reminded of our 15% restocking fee, the one she agreed to when she signed the receipt for the purchase(Our receipt also has written on it, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" next to the
signature line.) She did not want to pay the 15% restocking fee and demanded to speak to a managerIt was Sunday, so it isn't completely unreasonable to request that a client call back the next day so a manager can help them as it is not in the power of our employees to make exceptions on our store policiesRather than follow a very reasonable request to call back and speak with a manager, she filed a complaint with you guysOf course the situation would have been immediately resolved had she given us the proper opportunity to do soWe will contact her following this response and work with her to refund her purchase

We had not heard from her again until we received your notice. As soon as we did, we issued a full refund even though the client signed the sales sheet agreeing that "all sales are final". I've attached proof of the refund issued to her as well.
