May 20, 2016 indicating that [redacted] complained about the charges that I have requested.             Please note I received a call from [redacted], a broker for @properties dated April 15, 2016 to assist [redacted]i to prepare a balance sheet and income statement for his personal business. I went to @properties address [redacted] and I met with [redacted] and requested certain financial documents to prepare such reports. [redacted] tried to increase his revenue from [redacted] from $6,066.00 to $11,686.87 and I refused to do so as this is a fraud. [redacted] also tried to increase his income from MIDA from $10,610.12 to $13,433.07 and I refused for the same reason above. I told [redacted] before the meeting that I will charge $200 for each financial statement. They asked me for two and I sent them an invoice for $400, [redacted]i paid me only $300 and [redacted] mentioned that he will pay me the rest latter on. The banker later on asked for two separate Profit & Loss instead of one statement as of April 14, 2016. I did as the banker asked and submitted to [redacted] and [redacted]. On May 12, 2016 I received a text message and phone call from [redacted] and [redacted] to prepare another two Profit & Loss statements for [redacted] and MIDA from January 01, 2016 through April 30, 2016 as soon as possible and I did. I didn’t receive any money for this service. [redacted] asked me to send a letter to the banker explain why [redacted] income reduced from one month to the next, and I did and I have to charge for this service. I sent them an invoice for $250 to cover “Preparation of letter of explanation to the bank officer including phone call, receiving fax documents, and emails to expedite the service before any deadline and to work diligently to provide high quality service within the bank officer’s time frame.” On May 17, 2016 I received a text message and phone calls from both [redacted] that the banker need to receive two balance sheets one for each company as of May 17, 2016. I told [redacted] that I need to receive a check for this service and he said “we will pay, but send the report to the banker as soon as possible” I called [redacted] that night and explained to him that I will charge reduce my fee for the other statements and charge only $150 instead of $200. He started yelling and screaming at the house and the bakers and He has issues with his wife and the kids and said that he will send me a check for $200. Up till now I didn’t receive the check for the $200 or the outstanding balance from [redacted] that he promised to pay. The total outstanding balance is $850. I have all the documents that I received from them and I kept all the record including increasing of his income with his hand written that I refused to do as it is illegal and unethical. I will consult with my attorney to file a small claim case if they didn’t send me a check as promised for my service as I explained. Sincerely, [redacted]
