We hired Delta Force Moving because of the concept not just for the fact they are a good moving company These guys exceeded our expectations Bennie and Chris and John were awesome! They took us from Boca to Boca from a house to a house It was a great experience they were very efficient and careful with our belongings! I will recommend these guys to everyone Kelly booked our Move and came out for an estimate and she was spot on From beginning to end this company is a class act Thank you!

I am writing to you and many others to share a very negative moving experience with Delta Force Movers. What an awful experience we had! I am all for reviews and supporting others in their business always! But, today I am shedding light on a company who is awful and wanted to share it with you, as I see your organization appreciates helping people. Delta Force Movers is the most unprofessional & deceitful moving company. I was contacted by Justin a sales rep. He told me the story of Veterans moving me and my family and that they donate a portion of my move to the Wounded Warriors Project.

Being a Realtor I had many recommendations, none being this mover, however sadly this is how they sold me. On the fact they employ veterans and they would make the donation. After doing very little ( I regret not doing much more) research on Yelp and several other quick sites...I went with them. The movers were unprofessional and even disclosed a story of losing their DL and told me stories of their past all never mentioned serving in any form of military. I was never provided with any address to access my belongings while we were in temporary housing. Then when my movers came for the 2nd half of our move into our new family home they arrived with 1/2 of our belongings. They didn't have the courtesy to call me to tell me that 1/2 of my stuff was not coming so I didn't even receive the items to make our beds for the night. They showed up in St. Augustine at 6 pm on a Thursday night driving up from Fort Lauderdale. . My 9 & 10 year old were still awake and had school the next day and my husband had to be at work early in the am. When we contacted the owner, Jason Price that evening at 10:15 pm he had no idea this happened. He was rude on the phone and even threatened my husband. He made arrangements to meet my husband over the weekend so we could retrieve some of our things until they came with the rest of our possessions.

So that weekend my husband traveled 4 1/2 hours from our new home to where we moved from in Fort Lauderdale to meet [redacted] He met my husband to give him items at a Mobile gas station...not even at the storage unit where our belongings are and still some items are there. He has never disclosed where that is and this is my own fault for being so naive to believe these guys. I have damaged furniture and still waiting for the reimbursement of $300 promised to me from the owner, Which basically only covers gas and incidentals that we incurred. None of this should have happened to us and I certainly hope it will not happen to anyone else. Although sadly they will still get jobs. I understand some things will go wrong in a move, but this was a nightmare and I would never want this to happen to anyone else. Jason Price is not a fair business man and after doing much research many have agreed with us and have shared their distaste of this company and some of his other companies he operated across the country. All the way from California to Denver and now here in Florida.
