Bait and switchCharges appointment fee, but then shows up and springs flat-rate pricing on you instead of the standard time and materials

However, SURPRISE! clarify the situation from my end of the story. Just like any other customers, this individual came to my gas station and swiped his credit card at the pump. for gas. However, for some reason he thought that the credit card didn't go through properly. So, rather than inquiring with the attendant to check the status for canceled transaction; he decided to move his car to the next pump where he completed his transaction for $20. The second customer arrived at the station within one minute timeframe and swiped his credit card. She offered me a refund which I accepted. I met with the three attendants on duty today. One gave me my $20 back, which I then made a purchase of $20 of gas. I shook their hands and left satisfied this matter is resolved. Thank you for helping bring this matter to a satisfactory close.
