over two months ago I choose quikaid to represent me on my disability claim.after being unable to file my case on line.I was told they would have to do it manually.after waiting for the paperwork to arrive in the mail & sending back I was told it was lost and would have to do it again so I did.aprrox.two weeks later I got a letter from a very incompetent and rude employee named india who had no idea what she was doing.when I called back wouldn't you know it india answered the phone.she out and out lied about the situation when I corrected her she hung up.after calling back I spoke to a different person who now told me after ten weeks that they could not take my caseI wasted all that time with these so called experts when I could of had a real lawyer on my case.dont waste your time with these clowns

I purchased gas at Delta gas station for the amount of $on August 23, using my credit card ( ***) When I reviewed my bank statement, I noticed that I was billed twice for the same transaction on the same day ( 2X $ for a total $On August , 2016, I spoke with the gas attendant and explained the errorHe called his boss ( Steve)I spoke with his boss (Steve) and explained the errorSteve did not want to credit $to my account since he told me that they never charge twiceI can provide a copy of my bank account and receipt of transaction

In February 2015, I filed an SSI claim for my grandson who is years old with a speech problem and developmentally delayed from being an addicted born babyI contacted Quikaid to represent my grandson after he was denied in July of because they were already representing my granddaughterI had not heard from them since July 2015, so I decided to call Quikaid Nov 13,to find out the status of my grandson's appeal Quikaid said that they were trying to reach me in September to let me know that Social Security kicked the appeal back because they had put in the wrong birthdate for my grandsonQuikaid said that they had sent me a letter in September about my grandson's case I told them that I did not receive the letter or any phone calls about my grandson's caseQuikaid said that since they could not contact me I had to start a new application for social security because the day period had past for an appealI had been receiving letters about my granddaughters case so why wasn't I receiving the letters about my grandson's caseQuickaid said maybe the post office lost the letterSo because quikaid did not do their job, my grandson will lose ten months of benefits
Quikaid asked me if I wanted them to file a new claimI do not want them to file a new claim or continue with my granddaughters claim This firm is not reliable or trustworthyI wish I had never called Quikaid for representationIf you know like I know you should not call them either

I used Quikaid & I knew nothing about them. They are everything their web site says they are. Quikaid kept me from getting discouraged during a very hard time with no income for 2 years & in the end my claim was approved. I received my back benefit check & will be getting a monthly check going forward. I owe that to the Quikaid staff & their dedication to my cause.

Review: On Februray 12, 2014, I went to the Delta Gas Station on [redacted] Avenue (located at [redacted] Avenue, [redacted], NJ). The Gas Station Attendant asked for my card prior to pumping gas for an authorized charge of $30. However, he returned and indicated that the card would not approve at the Pump. I went to another Station directly afternwards [redacted] on [redacted] Road, [redacted], NJ which was located only 2-3 blocks away.There was no receipt given at Delta Gas Station as the attendant said the card would not work for their pumps. Please note the [redacted] transaction which was moments after I went to the Delta Gas Station. I requested a $30 transaction that day at both Gas Stations but only received Gas from [redacted]. These transactions took place on the same day, Feb. 12th, but it appears as though the actual purchase from [redacted] posted on Feb. 14th. Now I see that I was in fact charged by the Delta Gas station. I would like to have this fraudulent charge reversed.Last 4-Digits of debit card number: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-[redacted]Date of the transaction that you are disputing February 12, 2014Name of merchant: Delta Gas Station, (located at [redacted] Avenue, [redacted], NJ)Amount: $30.00I returned to the Delta Gas Station on March 28th with a copy of the bank detail to request the receipt from the date of purchase. The attendant provided the name and number of the owner, [redacted]. Although I phoned the owners number several times over the course of the week and left 3 voice messages, Ive not received a returned call.I appreciate any help provided in resolving this fraudulent charge by Delta Gas Station.Sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: Please arrange a refund check or a credit back to my Debit Card of $30.00.
