Had a guest check into room *** He was okay with room No problem with room Then the next day on late that night he came and told front desk he had bugs So they moved him to so we could treat room And only take a couple sets of clothes to his new room We put him in He was okay with that room Was told that when his room got cleaned he would go back So he moved back to [redacted] as far as we new he was okay then he told front desk that he found another one so we moved him back to and told him he could stay in that room for good but there might be a price difference But then he said never mind he would stay in [redacted] and told him just to go ahead a stay in room and he was okay with it no more problems I checked on guest the other day and asked if anything was okay and he said its fine We apologized to guest if he thought was rude in anyway Guest can always have phone number its on our receipt This guest stills stays with us to this day.Thank you[redacted]

Hello, my name is Crystal R. and I stayed at your establishment on May 20, 21st. I was there for a funeral to bury a family member and this was the hotel that my cousin held several rooms for our family. At the time I was thinking this would be a safe place for me and my family but it turned out to be totally different. On the morning of the funeral May 21, we left our hotel room around 10:35 and did not return until just before midnight. Upon my return that night I noticed that our hotel door was open. I know we shut the door before we left earlier that day. That evening when I noticed the door was open I asked around and there was a few people standing around and stated the door had been open for quite some time. I immediately went to the front desk and made a complaint and asked about the camera system. The lady told me only the manager (Dorothy) knew how to look at them. The next morning I went back to the front desk and spoke to someone else and got the response. Although, the lady did help me a little by at least calling the manager. All while this was going on the housekeeper (Vallese) and the maintenance guy (Robert) of heard me talking about this and they both stated that they saw the door open and they closed it. So here is where I have the problem because if two different people who work at the hotel at two different times say they saw the door opened and closed it, I'm curious to know how was it still open when I got back. AT this time I wasn't getting any answers so I called the police and made a police report. (16-02753). Since the manager was not on duty yet when I went to check out on May 22, I waited for her so I could voice my complaint and see what was going to be done about this. Upon her arrival to work on that Sunday May 22, I told her what had happened and also showed her the problem with the door of room 124 that I was staying . It was obvious that the lock on the door was not working properly and she assured me that she would not have maintenance fix it before the owner Mr. H. returned back so she could show him. Since this incident I having been calling and was told the owner was not back from vacation and would back after Memorial Day. I called the hotel on May 31, and Mr. H. answered and said to call Ms. Dorothy back and she would handle it. I called back the next day and received the same response and haven't been able to get Ms. Dorothy yet. I am a VERY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER BECAUSE I TRULY BELIEVE SOMEONE WHO WORKS THER STOLE THE GAME SYSTEM. I was also told my someone who works there that this was not the first time something has been stolen. So this leads me to believe you know your staff is stealing and nothing is being done. I will be send this same email over to the Revdex.com to report this hotel. I'm very disappointed that my cousin trusted this hotel and we wasted money. I know we had at least 7-10 rooms booked but since our business means nothing to you then trust I won't ever recommend to anyone. I am also a travel agent and this place gets an F rating from me. I was very hurt after burying a family member to have a $400 game system stolen right out of my room.

Should not be in operation at all unless the current owner is removed. Extremely poor customer service, false advertising, bait and switch practices. Owner harasses good customers for minor things. Doesn't allow guests a new room key. Rooms are filthy with cockroaches. No refunds. Owner will harass you and accuse you of conducting illegal activities if you have a visitor, no matter who you are. Very horrifying!
