I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11700288, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am however surprised that Delta Liquid did not honor my request to send the check to our new address (after all this issue occured because we MOVED). So the letter was sent to the old address and had to be forwarded by USPS.  Talk about customer service ....

Review: Our vacation cabin is located in Pine Mountain Club at 5,000 ft. Our agreement with Delta is that they check the tank regularly, fill it when it gets low and bill our credit card. We went up in January to find NO propane in the tank. The temperature inside was 22 degrees and we had no heater. We got them to come out to fill the tank after that but they did not fill it completely and it ran out again! They did stop in February and filled it full, but turned off the connection so that when we went up last weekend we had no propane - again. We were able to bleed the tank but it would have been nice if they had let us know they had turned off the propane. So from early February until April 19th there was no heat again. Because of this our toilet bowl cracked. There may be more damage to the pipes but we are not sure yet about that. Delta has never sent an invoice showing dates or how much they pumped in the tank. We just see the charges on our credit card bill. They know we live out of town and cannot check the tank ourselves. That was why we had the deal about them checking. We are very disappointed in Delta Liquid Energy.Desired Settlement: We will need to replace the toilet and want Delta Liquid Energy to pay for it. We will provide the bills after the work is done.

On April 23, 2013, the manager of our Lancaster, CA office, contacted the customer and agreed to replace the toilet at the company's expense. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused regarding this matter.

I spoke with the manager and was satisfied with his response to our problems that arose recently. He agreed not only to replace our toilet but to install new procedures throughout the delivery area which should help to prevent the problem in the future. He was apologetic and very professional. We will be working with him to decide how to proceed.
